just a random shot from around the farm we have stayed on during the summer holidays. it's another one i stumbled across while sorting through the thousands of pics i have on my pc.
it's not a 'pretty' picture but i like the subject matter. it was just resting on top of a pole amongst all the junk.

went walking with friends this w/e and came across this wizened old fella standing in a clearing. i had to get a shot of him - unfortunately there's some bleeding at the top of the colour one that spoils it a little. so...

the irish sea

my wife and our youngest having a late afternoon paddle.

this is where the river conwy flows into the irish sea. sometimes the tide goes out so far that it's possible to walk from this beach to the one opposite - not that you'd want to!

taken in liverpool. this glass fronted structure struck me, the way it was nestled between the other buildings. not a particularly well composed shot, sorry - just an arms length snapshot. that's the radio city tower reflected.
